NestView started in Miami in 2022 when our founding team - a mix of property managers, real estate analysts, and engineers - kept running into the same wall. The data needed to run a property portfolio existed. It was just scattered across a dozen different places, none of them talking to each other.
We spent a year interviewing property managers across Florida and the Southeast before writing a single line of code. What we heard was consistent: people didn't want more software. They wanted their existing information to stop being so hard to use.
That insight shaped everything NestView became. A platform that connects your valuation data, tenant records, and maintenance operations - not to replace your judgment, but to make sure you always have the right information to act on it.
